Who We Represent

The main employer represented by this branch is the Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust (GMMH).  We negotiate on behalf of our members in relation to any proposed reorganisations and policy changes.

We have official recognition with the Employer and attend negotiating meetings with the Senior Managers & Executives of the Trust Board (JNCC).  Our Branch Secretaries, various officers and Reps attend Board Meetings, Policy Development Group and Health & Safety Committees.  If you have any questions about our roles or wish to become more involved in branch activities, then please do not hesitate to contact us. You can contact us via the contact form to share your questions, comments or enquiries.

Our Branch also represents members in a variety of services where private providers are contracted to provide health and social care services.
